1. Items sold are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
2. Prices are non-negotiable.
3. Orders are based on first email first serve basis but should 2 customers be interested in the last piece of an item, the item would then go to the customer who pays first.
4. Refunds would only be made to customers who have transferred but item(s) which they are interested in are already sold out.

Payment:
1. Payments to be made via ATM transfer or Ibanking to POSB Savings 183-14690-4 within 24 hours upon receiving confirmation email.

Delivery:
1. Opt either for normal postage - add $1.00 on top of price of product. You can add $0.20 for a slip from the PO to be sure that we sent it
2. Or registered postage - add $2.50 on top of price of product
3. Meet-ups available only at our convenience.
